Complaints of Vagrancy

Dear Editor,

I am writing in concern of the nuisance that is rapidly taking over the Rockaway Park area. The beggars, whom are most commonly found on the boardwalk or street between Beach 116 and Beach 120 Streets.

This predicament is becoming out of hand quicker than you will get attacked by a bum on Beach 116 Street.

Now that the summer is approaching several of my friends and I have been victimized by the beggars. They are even freely harassing children and adults. For example, banging on car windows when little children are sitting in the seat. I think that something should be done to fix this problem before it is too late.
