Traffic Agent Out Of Control

Dear Editor,

Earlier this week I was working on Beach 116 Street, delivering food.

There is a ticketing agent who works the area, Ms. N Lozada, who had an argument with a co-worker of mine. She had ticketed the co-workers car while not ticketing the car of someone she knew who was illegally parked behind my co-worker and when my co-worker complained, she lost her temper and became verbally abusive to him.

I explain this to you to set the scene as to why I believe she then decided to ticket my car which had valid muni meter tickets clearly on display on the dash board not once, but twice on the same day!

The first ticket was written at 2:36 p.m., the receipt which was clearly on display on my dashboard, expired at 2:52 p.m.

The second ticket was written at 6:06 p.m.

Please remember, I am delivering food so the car is NOT permanently parked in any location for more then 10 -20 minutes at any given time. The second ticket was written at 6:06 p.m., despite the fact that the first ticket was on display AND the muni meter receipt which expired at 7:00PM was clearly on display on my dashboard.

This ticketing agent is out of control! Taking her personal grudges out on innocent hard working residents while letting people she knows park illegally with no consequence. Please beware of parking your car on Beach 116th Street while Agent Lozada is on duty, and should you wrongfully receive a summons from this angry woman, please fight it and let her supervisors know of her actions as I have.
