Dear Editor,

If B.P. is looking to plug their Gulf oil hole with something, why not start with those on their payroll in charge of making sure the spill didn’t occur. If this is insufficient, Halliburton could toss in a few bodies starting with Dick Cheney. Our government/ co-conspirators, the ones who took BP’s methods to contain spills as gospel, should go in last. If this method doesn’t work, at least the public will feel some sense of satisfaction at the effort. More than a month has passed and still nobody has taken responsibility for this horrific disaster. It is clear that the situation requires an infusion of lawyers to untangle this mess.
