Wanda Signal, 49, a longtime Rockaway resident, died January 17.
Signal was born on January 25, 1960 in Jamaica, New York and worked as a home health aide. She also started an Avon home business.
Signal was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, aunts, uncles, brother, granddaughter and nephew.
She is survived by her two daughters, Stacey (John) Brown and Tracey Wasson; granddaughter, Jaida; Fiancée, William; brothers, Nelson, James and Terrance; sisters-in-law, Betty, Ursula and Donna; nieces and nephews, Sean, Jamel, Hazel, Cynthia, Arianna, Allison, Stephanie, Demital, Nyree, Tabitha, Kurtis, Travius, Marques, Shaya, Darren, Ashley and Jasmine; aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral arrangements and memorial service were entrusted to Jeremiah C. Gaffney Friendship Chapel, Inwood, New York. Interment took place at Forest Park Cemetery, Morganville, New Jersey.
