Aviators Score Often In Defeat Over New York Police Department Hockey Team

The New York Aviators received excellent performances from Angelo Serse, who scored three goals, 3 assists from Jesse Felton to defeat the New York City Police Department hockey team, 7-2, last Friday night at Aviator Sports Complex in Brooklyn.

Mike Thomson, Ryan Farrell, Chris Holmes and Kyle Tyll added goals for the Aviators.

On Valentine’s Day, the Aviators continued their winning ways with a 12-3 win over the Connecticut C-Dogs. Thomson scored 3 goals and Timmons added 2 for the Aviators in the victory. John Goffredo, Jerry Cardinale scored a goal each along with Felten, Holmes, Serse and Tyll,

This weekend will conclude the first hockey campaign for the North East Professional Hockey League champions. The Aviators will host for the final time their Connecticut rivals on Friday evening at 7:30 p.m.

A portion of tickets sales and the proceeds of the auction of items on hand will benefit the Wounded Warriors Project. During intermission, there will be an auction, along with prizes from the New Jersey Devils, New Jersey Nets, NHL, ESPN, Rockaway Beach Surf Club and more.

The final game of the Aviators season is on Saturday night when the FDNY Bravest hockey team visits for a game at 7:30 p.m.

Both games will take place at the Aviator Sports Complex in Brooklyn.
