Westbury Releases 2010 Schedule

Live Nation’s Theatre at Westbury has been moving along at the speed limit presenting middle of the road entertainment for five and a half decades. Now in its 55th season, the Theatre at Westbury is preparing for an exciting season that has already presented a Live Wrestling Event, comedian Bill Maher and Bill O’Reilly & Glenn Beck’s Bold & Fresh Tour.

The real business at Westbury however is presenting live entertainment in almost every genre of music as well as today’s hottest stand-up comedians. This year, Live Nation will present more than 100 events including a number of new artists who have never played Westbury including the upcoming performances of Five For Fighting (March 7) and Train (March 19).

Among the familiar and favorite artists returning to the Theatre at Westbury this season will be Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band Featuring Rick Derringer, Richard Page (Mr. Mister), Wally Palmar (The Romantics), Edgar Winter, Gary Wright and Drummer Gregg Bissonette. Ringo and His All Starrs will appear on June 30. Tickets will go on sale Friday, February 5 at 10 a.m. at www.livenation.com and charge by phone at 877-598-8694. Remaining tickets will be available at the Westbury box office beginning at 12:30 p.m.
