The Rockaway Jetty carried out their first Operation Santa on December 19, at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Rock away Beach. The event was a great success that was enjoyed by more than 60 children and their families. The goal of Oper - ation Saovide children, who otherwise would not have had much of a Christ mas, with a few gifts and a memory to last a lifetime. This event was another opportunity for the Jetty to fulfill its goal of helping needy kids in the Rockaways.
