PHC Adult Day Program Gives Thanks

The smiles on the faces of the pictured registrants and staff members of the Peninsula Adult Day Health Care Program at Peninsula Center for Extended Care and Rehabilitation show their heartfelt appreciation for their wonderful Thanksgiving celebration featuring a very sumptuous turkey dinner with all the trimmings. Extra gifts made the occasion an even better day and the registrants and staff thank the local Girl Scout Troop 4275 under the leadership of Angela, Lori and Robin, for organizing a food drive at Waldbaum's, and to all those who donated food to the girl scouts. Special thanks are given to Rabbi Slome and the members of West End Temple who organized a very "delicious pie" drive and to all those who personified the very spirit of Thanksgiving goes a very warm thank you. "Your efforts made a big (and delicious) difference in the lives of many."
