Pee-Wee Shamrocks Win NSFL Super Bowl

The BCAC Pee-Wee White Sham rocks won the Super Bowl in their division of the NSFL by a score of 19-6 over the Titans of Farmingdale this past Sunday. The White Shamrocks did not allow a point until late in the fourth quarter when the game was far out of reach.

The champion Broad Channel team consisted of: Jack Collins, James Agog lia, Mikey Butkie wicz , Jack Tan sey, James Tuohey, Mikey McManus, Matty Schmitt, Jack Ward, Dominick Maiorano, Matty McDonagh, Robbie Agog lia, Peter Maiorano, Brendan Pet ronis, Nick Meehan, Damien Stathis, Patrick Murphy, Christian Agoglia, Dillon Ostrander, Ian Byrne, Pete Meehan and Brendan Powers.

The coaches included Jamie Agoglia, Dominick Maiorano, Chris Byrne, Mar ty McManus, Rob Schmitt, Robbie Ostrander, Danny Collins and Pete Mee han. Those involved want to thank Commander-in-Chief Gene in Broad Channel for running the football league. The cheerleading squad that kept the players pumped consisted of CeCe Agoglia, Mary Kate Clark, Fran - nie Rose Agoglia, Lauren Clark, Ryan Courtney and Elizabeth Clark.

The championship trophy, which is bigger than most of the players, was brought back to Jameson's Pub in Rockaway, where Jojo O'Grady, and Eric and Marty McManus generously hosted the celebration.All connected with the White Shamrocks thank everyone for their support of the team. See you next year!
