Guns And Drugs In NYC

Dear Editor,

This is in regard to an incident that happened in the Dayton Shopping Mall last Friday at approximately 3 p.m. I was in London Cleaners and I turned around and saw shooting in the mall. People were scattered everywhere and I heard screams. I did not see the person doing the shooting, but I saw a silver gun, it looked like a semi automatic 45. The person went into a shooting spree and needless to say I was frightened. The owner told me to wait until he left or until the police came.

Something has to be done about guns and drugs; they are the scourge of New York City. The politicians have to get stricter gun control laws and get the dealers and gun sellers off the streets and in jail.

Please try to do something. I am ashamed to be living here while this is going on.

Thank you for your input
