It's A Buoy, Not A Boy

When the call first came in to the police last Monday morning, it said that there was a boy that had floated up on the beach, causing both police and emergency medical units to roll to Beach 116 Street and the beachfront. If they were looking for a little male child, they were quickly debased of that idea when they saw that the only thing lying on the beach was a large green buoy, a navigational aid that keeps the ships in the right channel. The Coast Guard was called and it quickly recovered its missing buoy.
