Arverne Cancer Support Celebrates 10 Years

The Arverne Cancer Support group, founded by the late Sarah Colson, celebrated its 10th anniversary during its Ninth Annual Celebration of Life dinner earlier this week.

Held at the Imperial Room at In - wood's VFW Hall on November 2, the evening included a "Celebration of Life" for cancer survivors and a candle lighting ceremony in memory of those lost to the disease.
