PS/MS 114 Celebrates Halloween With Parade
     The Belle Harbor School, PS/MS 114, celebrated Halloween on Friday, October 30 with its annual Halloween Parade. Students and teachers paraded around the building prior to the start of the school day, led by Principal Steven Grill.
