The Inner Voice
Sometimes life can seem unbearable. It does not seem possible to go on for another minute. The challenge is just too great. Hopefully we can draw upon the support of people who care and also bring in God/Energy through prayer or intention of thought.
When we assist others, we can be beacons of light with cleansed energy. We can be the only ones at peace, and can be helpful. It may seem selfish to seek to be happy when someone else is suffering. But if you suffer too, you weaken your own energy and can come up with no solutions to problems.
Feeling good is a strength when you choose to be of service to helping others. As best as we can, we choose to be in control of our own state of peace.
Life teaches us lessons by having experiences. Then we can summarize what we have learned from what we have gone through. One of the hardest things to do is to separate our own energy from what surrounds us.
Even if the world is in turmoil, we can still detach from it, and choose to remain at peace. The only thing that we do have control over is our own energy. It may seem strange or make us feel guilty, but we do no good by being in a lousy energy pattern just because others are there. If we can maintain our own energy, we may be able to help others feel better or change our own worlds around us by helping others feel more peaceful.
As we do deep breathing, we start bringing in the air and filling up our stomachs when we inhale.
If we are panting, we have to force the air down into our stomachs. Peace may start coming in when we decide to also remain in the present and not worry about all the things that can go wrong in the future. We breathe, remain focused in the present moment and remember to put a wall of protection around ourselves. Happy and peaceful thoughts can keep us in a better framework. Then we have to remember this as we go though the day. If we forget, we can re-cleanse and protect our energy, think of the good thoughts, tell ourselves to stop carrying on about the future, etc.
We can direct healing or peace to another person often during the day and hope that there will be a change.
But until that time, continuous energy will help the other person feel better.
