The letter came from Austin Cam - priello, the chief counsel for the Joint Commission on Integrity in the Public Schools, better known as the Gill Com - mission.

      Recently when my medication did not show up in the mail on time I was forced to order my Fosamax over the counter. The price was $106. I was shocked and it was way over my budget. I called my cousin Gladys Crowley who is a constant listener to my woes. "I get the generic", she said and can't tell the difference. What did I have to lose? All of $106 dollars to the pharmacy.
