Kimani Vera Emanuel, 6, a Rockaway resident, died September 2.

Emanuel was born in Far Rockaway on February 6, 2003. She was an outgoing child who loved to play and listen to music, especially Michael Jackson songs.

She is survived by her mother, father, grandmother, Daph; grandmother, Gloria; grandfather, Lawrence; grandfather, Campbell; sisters, Shaniqua and Kamaria; brother, Kareem; aunt, Tameeka; uncle, Calvin and a host of other family members and friends.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Jeremiah C. Gaffney Friendship Chapel, Inwood, New York. A memorial service was held at First United Presbyterian Church, Inwood, New York. Interment took place at Pinelawn Cemetery, Farmingdale, New York.
