Cut Out The Noise In Dayton Towers

By Nicholas Briano

A Dayton Towers East resident was so angered by an early morning argument that he knocked on his neighbor's door and pulled a knife on him insisting that he cut out the noise, according to police.

James Giordano, 42, allegedly took the kitchen knife from his fifth floor apartment inside 8000 Shore Front Parkway at approximately 3:30 a.m., and according to court papers, knocked on his neighbor's third floor apartment door and yelled, "You're making too much noise! Me and my mother are trying to sleep!"

The neighbor called the police, who found the knife in Giordano's kitchen sink. He was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon and menacing, according to Queens District Attorney Richard Brown. He is due back in court on September 10.
