Albert Caswell Maxwell

Albert Caswell Maxwell, 70, a longtime Rockaway resident died June 8. Maxwell was born in Manchester, Jamaica on November 26, 1938 and was a 25 year resident of Rockaway. He worked as an MTA dispatcher and sang in the International Pentecostal City Mission senior choir. He is survived by his wife, Stefnie; sons, Owen, Charles, Hansel, Maurice, Mark and Robert; daughters, Nicola, Joanne, Latisha, Queenie, Simone and Tiann; 19 grandchildren, five greatgrandchildren, brothers, Donald, Roy, Rupert, Aswald and Uthan; sisters, Inez, esmina and Jacqueline; sister-inlaw, Barbara; brother-in-law, James; four daughters-in-law and three sonsin law, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Jeremiah C. Gaffney Friendship Chapel, Inwood, New York. A memorial service was held at International Pentecostal City Mission, Far Rockaway. Interment was at Trinity St. John's Cemetery, Hewlett, New York. |
