Thomas B. Maher
Guidance Counselor
Thomas B. Maher, a longtime Rockaway resident, died June 26. Maher was born in Uniondale, New York and worked as a guidance counselor at New Hyde Park Memorial High School. He is survived by his father, Edwin Maher; mother, Florence; wife, Kimberly Maher; brother, Edward Maher (Loretta); sisters, Christine (Daniel) and Jacqueline(Ralph); brother in-law, James Mullen. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Denis S. O'Connor Funeral Home, Rockaway Beach. A memorial service was held at St. Francis de Sales Church, Belle Harbor. Interment was at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, New York. |
