Happy To Be At Baxter's

Dear Editor,

To, Mr. Brenni: I'm very happy to read how happy you are at Baxter's Hotel and I hope you will always be happy there. Mr. Baxter, a Rockaway icon has always been pretty much upfront about his respect for the place where he makes his money. But you Mr. Brenni need to check which side of your pipe you're smoking from and get out of Mr. Baxter's hotel for a walk because the drug traffic is definitely on Beach 116 Street and if the politicians and law enforcement were on the ball they'd know, like a lot of us know, that a lot of the traffic is right next door to you. I personally don't care who anybody is or what they do for an honest and legal living. I don't care where anybody lives (east or west of Beach 126 Street). I happen to have some roots very east of Beach 86 Street for your information. But what I DO care about is trash on the streets and trash in the buildings on what should be a beautiful Rockaway street where people can come to visit and shop and NOT be intimidated or scared by an element that shouldn't be there in the first place. I don't know who your Mr. Winn is but if he has anything to do with the crackheads and whores on Beach 116 Street then he needs to go and let nice, legitimate, welcomed business come back to Rockaway Park. Meanwhile, take a look for yourself, like I did, at what's lurking outside your door and if your letter was in response to my letter, I'll be very happy to accept your apology for trying to call me a liar when all the proof and evidence is right there for everybody to see.
