Career Day at Belle Harbor School

Doctor? Lawyer? Indian Chief? What do you want to be when you grow up? Jeanne Manas, librarian at PS/MS 114Q, hosted the school's annual Career Day on Friday, June 5. Parents and community members shared their stories with eager students who asked lots of questions. What's the scariest part your job? How many years did you have to go to school? Is your job fun? Why did you pick this career? A pastry chef, an engineer, a mounted police woman with her horse, EMS workers, fire fighters and a variety of lawyers and doctors were among the speakers. Doctor?
