BCHS Students Honored At Queens Museum
The three Rockaway students pictured from Beach Channel High School (BCHS) were chosen to have their artwork displayed at the Queens Museum of Art in Flushing Meadows Corona Park. The exhibit is part of the New York City Department of Education's Knowledge Network Learning Support Organization's Annual Art Exhibition.
The Beach Channel High School Art Department and art teacher, Chris Phillips, would like to congratulate these students and their families for their accomplishments and special distinction.
The BCHS students honored this year are pictured from left to right with their certificates: Maurice Harris, Grade 11; Melissa Batista, Grade 11; and Lizzette Sepulveda, Grade 12. All three students are art majors at the school.
