Vivian Denise Williams
Vivian Denise Williams, 60, a longtime Rockaway resident, died May 4.
Williams was born in Brooklyn on April 14, 1959 and worked as a nurse and was member of the St. John's Baptist Church Choir since age 15.
Williams is preceded in death by her grandmothers, Iris Martin and Dorothy Williams; Ernest Stephens, Milton Brown, Joseph E. Bunyan and Justin Burch.
She is survived by her her beloved daughter, Shanequa; son, Kevin Jr.; father, Alonzo; mother, Yvonne; grandson, Sharrieff; Kevin Cribbs, brothers, Dennis of Jamaica Queens, Milton of Chesapeake Virginia, Tony, Barry, Darryl all of Queens; sister, Debra of Portsmouth, Virginia; sisters-in-law, Christy and Vernetta; brother-in-law, Greg Royal; goddaughter, Chanel Stephens; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and a very special friend Harry McClendon.
Funeral arrangements and memorial service were entrusted to St. John's Baptist Church, Arverne. Interment was at All Saint's Cemetery, Great Neck, New York.
