A still-unidentified 48-year-old man who was shot in the stomach in a pushin robbery on the morning of May 1 succumbed to his wounds at the Jamaica Hospital Center on Saturday, police say.

And, while police still search for the two unknown killers, officials say that the charges against them when they are finally apprehended will include murder.

Police say that the two unidentified men pushed their way into an apartment at 305 Beach 88 Street, leaving the unidentified male occupant with a gunshot wound to the stomach.

The wounded man was transported to the trauma center at the Jamaica Hospital Center, where he succumbed on May 9, officials say. Detectives from the 100 Precinct Detective Squad are investigating the murder.
