PS 114 Hosts Annual Lower Grade Dance Festival


Even though the skies threatened and the morning was chilly, Public School 114, the Belle Harbor School on Beach 135 Street, held its annual lower grade dance festival on Thursday morning. School Principal Steven Grill and some of his teachers worked hard to make sure that students enjoyed the experience and did a good job for the 250 parents who braved the elements to see the show.
