SJEH Cites Employees For First Quarter
St. John's Episcopal Hospital honors one employee each month who has made a difference or whose performance has gone beyond the call of duty. Many Employees of the Month are nominated by patients, their families and visitors. The winners receive a crystal star and a check for $100.
To encourage patients to make nominations for the Employee of the Month program, nomination forms are now available throughout the Hospital and on patient floors. The forms can be found in literature holders at the front desk in the lobby, the Ambulatory Care Center, and at nursing stations.
The Employees of the Month must demonstrate the core values adopted by St. John's of Responsibility, Compassion, Respect, Teamwork and Professionalism.
