Herbal Intervention, LLC was founded in 2001 by Belle Harbor native Noreen Mulvanerty and will be featured in this weekend's Go Green EXPO in Manhattan. In keeping with earth month festivities, Noreen Mulvanerty, a Belle Harbor Nurse Practitioner, Herbalist and CEO of Herbal Intervention proudly announces that her revolutionary new product, "Omyst," will be featured at the prestigious Go Green Expo, taking place at the Hilton Hotel from April 17 to 19, in New York City.

"Omyst" is an all-natural medicinal spray made from 100 percent organically grown calendula, yarrow, plantain and wild roses in alcohol and has been clinically proven to aid in the treatment of minor cuts, burns, scratches, rashes, insect bites, stings, sutures and even more serious skin conditions such as shingles and psoriasis.

In a statement Mulvanerty said, ""Omyst" is a perfect fit for the health and beauty section of the Go Green Expo. We are delighted to be introducing it to health conscious public as well as media and those interested in learning more about effective methods of treating minor wounds."

Expected guests in attendance throughout the three day convention include, environmentalist Ed Begley Junior, Josh Dorfman, Mariel Hemingway, Nigel Barker & many more.

Mulvanerty further states "My goal is to educate people on wound care. I have treated and sutured thousands of cuts and burns in New York emergency rooms and air is essential to rejuvenation. I became distressed to discover the leading topical application actually delayed wound healing causing an alarmingly high rate of infection. I believe my spray is the first of its kind as it contains all the essential healing components and is much cleaner and easier to apply than messy salves and ointments, which are often misapplied. The constituents also provide anti-itch and anti-inflammatory properties and reduces pain on contact," stated Mulvanerty.

World-renowned herbalist and author Susun Weed commented, "I expect "Omyst" to revolutionize the primary care for a wound in hospitals and homes throughout the U.S. and hopefully around the world." Herbal Intervention and "Omyst" will be featured at the Go Green Expo at The Hilton Hotel in New York, 53rd Street and 6th Avenue on April 17 to 19, 2009
