Dear Editor,

I was saddened to hear of Beverly Baxter passing away. I have known Beverly for 16 years having met her and her husband Owen through my friend David. I would enjoy coming down to the Palm Garden Pub from my then home in Brooklyn; and Owen and Beverly were always gracious hosts. I knew she was ill for a while but it still comes as a shock. My condolences to Owen and all who knew and loved her. Rest in Peace, Beverly.
