E-ZPass Customer Account System Off-Line
Access to MTA Bridges and Tunnels E-ZPass customer account information via phone or computer will be temporarily suspended from this Thursday, February 5 at 7 p.m. until Monday, February 9 at 7 a.m. while system-wide maintenance is conducted.
Customers will not be able to access their accounts via phone or online during this time for information and no transactions will be processed or credited. Check and cash account customers, in particular, need to be aware of this temporary interruption of service to avoid problems with their accounts. Accounts that are automatically re-loaded using credit cards will not be affected. Notices have been placed on the E-ZPass website and at walk-in centers.
