Kevin Timothy Bach

Electrician

Kevin Bach, a lifelong Breezy Point resident, died December 28.

Bach was born in Brooklyn. He was a Sergeant in the US Army during the Vietnam War, where he served two tours. He was a 35-year member of Local 3, Electrician Union. He was also a volunteer for the Wounded Warriors Program and a recipient of a liver donation from the NYU Organ Transplant Center.

Bach was preceded in death by his mother, Dolores Patricia Fox Bach; and brother, Keith Bach.

He is survived by his father, Howard James Bach; wife, Jean Marie Moffat Bach; former spouse, Rita McGahey; son, Christopher; daughter, Carinne Bach; stepdaughters, Carrie Adase and Elizabeth; stepsons, Alfred and Jeremiah; brother, Roger Bach (Lori); sisters, Susan (Dennis) Harquail, Maria (Frank) Bertelle and Karen (Bill) Clinton; niece and goddaughter, Kelly Bach; nephews, Matthew, Keel, Frank, Patrick and Sean; and godson, Brian Hullah.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Denis S. O'Connor Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Edmund Church. All other arrangements were kept private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the NYU Organ Transplant Center and the Wounded Warriors Program.
