Shape Up Works Out For St. Jude

Shape Up Ladies Fitness Center will raise funds for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 230 Beach 102 Street, in the Sands Point building, on Saturday, September 27 at 8 a.m. The funds raised will benefit the premier center for the research and treatment of childhood cancer and other deadly diseases.

The volunteer-based community exercise event will be co-sponsored by Mutiviz Health Services and provide free health screening for participants. Members and non-members are invited to attend.

Shape Up is also offering free registration to new members who join during the event. Current members are raising money from friends and family to sponsor workouts to contribute to the charity. Prizes and incentives will be offered to all participants as a thank you. Members and non-members are encouraged to participate and help the cause.
