Parks and Recreation employee Medina Diggs works with seven-year-old Isabelle McNamara-Angel.
The City of New York's Department of Parks and Recreation staff taught children how to safely ride a bicycle on May 10 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Bayswater Park. Children and parents spent the early part of the day learning about bike safety with Queens Recreation staff members. Participants were local residents and residents of Queens and Brooklyn.
Pictured are the Department of Parks and Recreation staff members Special Events Supervisor Saemus Maloney, Sharon Davis, Crisson Mitchell, Anthony Perlomgo, Nick Monteleone, and Supervisor Joseph Mauro.
