Check out NY Waterway compared to NY Water Taxi. The wrong operator was selected from the get go. Why is it faster to get to Wall Street from south NJ or from Haverstraw to the World Financial Center than it is to get from Riis Landing to Pier 11. No one will use this service. All the existing lousy alternative are better than this. Bloomberg would like a pat on the back for this and then he'll blame us for not using the service.
