Warren Eugene Green
Maintenance Worker

Warren Green, a 25-year Rockaway resident, died April 14. He was 55.

Green, a maintenance worker, was born in Jamaica, New York on October 19, 1952. He was a graduate of Far Rockaway High School and a member of the Wings of Faith Church male chorus.

He is survived by his wife, Mary McClendon-Green; brothers, Alexander and Charles; sister, Linda; sons, Warren Jr., James, Eric and Derek; daughters, Tammy, Tina, Daliah, Louis, Corrine and Tawana; daughterin law, Toshina; 24 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; mother-in-law, Francis McClendon Wilkens; sistersin law, Evangelist Smith, Terri, Sharon, Susan, Keisha and Vernetta; brothers-in-law, Harry, Dan, Dennis, Anthony, Otis, Lorenzo and George; nephew, Fred Smith; best friends, Denton Harris and Sharon and Otis Chandler; Warren C. Shivers and the Wings of Faith Church family; Bishop Townlee Jr. and the St. Marks Holiness Church family; and many other family members and friends.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Jeremiah C. Gaffney Funeral Home, with visitation at Gaffney's Friendship Chapel. Interment was at Forest Park Cemetery in Morganville, New Jersey.
