| Lew Simon and president of the Neponsit Property Owners Association, Peter Sammon, address the crowd and urge them to gather as many residents as possible this Sunday in front of the home for a protest against the installation of cell towers right next to any Neponsit homes. However, right before going to press, The Wave learned from Community Board 14 District Manager Jonathan Gaska that, due to the overwhelming amount of opposition, Mayor Bloomberg has decided to hold off on the plan and reevaluate the intent. |
