Gulluscio Announces For City Council Seat
 | | Democratic District Leader Frank Gulluscio, a mainland resident, announced his candidacy for the City Council seat now held by his friend, Joseph Addabbo, Jr., at a gala held last week. Addabbo is term-limited in the 2009 election and has reportedly decided to run against incumbent State Senator Serphan Maltese for his mainland seat.
