Unsanitary Conditions On Beach 90 Street

A dilapidated building located on Beach 90 Street, adjacent to Rockaway Freeway, has become a community eyesore. What was once the Greenrose Café and a church is now a rat infested, garbage dump. Although the building is boarded up, the door is open. The fenced-in lot has partial fencing, is filled with trash, and houses abandoned vehicles. Because the building is unsecured, the community is being exposed to the unsanitary, dangerous, and hazardous conditions.
