PHC Promotes Nutrition At BCHS

Peninsula Hospital Center's Clinical Nutrition Manager Rachel Hodelin-Wetzel, MSRD, spent several hours at Beach Channel High School on Friday, March 28, promoting healthy eating habits and good nutrition choices to the students and faculty. Many took advantage of having their BMI (body mass index) assessed and appreciated the opportunity to discuss good nutrition with a registered dietician. Rachel Hodelin-Wetzel, MSRD, Clinical Nutrition Manager, PHC explains the BMI process to School Safety Officer, Stephanie Davis.
