Duffy, a clerk, was born in Dundalk, Co. Louth, Ireland. She was a parishioner at St. Thomas More Church. She was preceded in death by her mother, Kathleen Hall Duffy; father Patrick J.B. Duffy; and brother James. Duffy is survived by her brother, John; sister, Rose May Guckian; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Denis S. O'Connor Funeral Home, with visitation to be held on Sunday, April 6, from 2-5 p.m. and 7- 10 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, April 7, at 11 a.m. at St. Thomas More Church. Interment will be at St. John's Cemetery in Middle Village, New York.
