Pheffer Attends 'Arrow of Light' Ceremony

Assemblywoman Audrey I. Pheffer recently attended Cub Scout Pack 139's Annual Blue and Gold Celebration Dinner. The dinner honored the 2007 "Arrow of Light" Awardees. The "Arrow of Light" achievement is the highest honor bestowed upon Cub Scouts, and Pheffer said that it is a great testament to the dedication of these young men.
