Free Home Maintenance Class

The Housing Partnership Development Corporation and Margert Community Corporation offer the Home Maintenance Training and Repair Program to first-time homeowners. Through this program, homeowners can learn how to maintain their property and protect their investments. Students learn the basics of drywall technique, ceramic tiling, wallpapering, plumbing repair, painting and energy efficiency. Classes will be held on Wednesdays and Thursdays for a total of eight sessions from March 26 to April 23 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at St. Gertrude's gymnasium at 307 Beach 37 Street.
