Montalvo, a homemaker, was born in New York City. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolpho. She is survived by sons, Terence, Steven, Keith, Rudy and Augustine; daughter, Theresa Sos; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Denis S. O'Connor Funeral Home. A funeral mass was celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church. Disposition was by Green- Wood Crematory in Brooklyn, New York.
