Broad Channel Library Being Renovated

Queens Public Library at Broad Channel located at 16-26 Cross Bay Boulevard is closed for renovations. The branch will remain closed for approximately 10 weeks and is scheduled to reopen in June. During the renovation period, the Bookmobile will be onsite every Monday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to lend books, take returns and answer reference questions.

When the library reopens, it will have many customer service improvements including self-service check-out kiosks, a bright new décor, a new teen area, more computer workstations, a new media area, a new exterior book drop and a new plasma screen in the children's area.
