Chapey Re-elected To New York State Board Of Regents
 | | Dr. Geraldine D. Chapey has been re-elected to the 16- member panel of the New York State Regents. She is a professor at the City University of New York and is licensed by the New York City Board of Education as a high school principal, elementary school principal and is certified by the NYS Department of Education in school district administration and in several teaching areas. Chapey has authored several book and co-authored almost 100 published articles, research papers and pamphlets.
