Advances In Hemodialysis At SJEH

The Marjorie Basser Hemodialysis Center at St. John's Episcopal Hospital has made advances recently in patient services. The director of the Hemodialysis Center, Alicia Calderon, states that new developments in services include electronic medical records, anemia management and a vascular access program. The Marjorie Basser Hemodialysis Center provides high quality care in a state-of-the-art setting. There are 15 dialysis stations with individual color flat-screen televisions. The medical team, led by Dean C. Preddie, MD, includes board certified physicians, nurses, nutritionists and social workers. Pictured are dialysis stations.
