Hauk, an executive secretary, was born in Queens County. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Fries; husband, Bertram Hauk; and sister, Dorothy Fries. Hauk is survived by her son, Russell Hauk; and daughter, Cheryl Hauk.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Denis S. O'Connor Funeral Home. A funeral mass was celebrated at St. Camillus Church. Interment was at the Holy Trinity Cemetery in Brooklyn, New York.
