Response to Beachcomber

In Beachcomber, you quoted Dominick Maiorano, I don't know who he is… but he is 100 percent wrong. On March 30, 2006 one of my last commissions as broker of West End Realty was the sale of Joseph and Barbara Friedman's home at 139 Beach 149 Street. The last time I looked Beach 147 Street is in Rockaway… it sold for 3.7 million… it was oceanfront. I believe the people that bought it, could not do what they wanted, height restrictions… and sold it for more. I don't have access to the records, but it is public information, I believe it probably went for 4 million or close to it.
