PS 114 Marching Band Receives St.Pat's Award

St. Patrick's Day came early in Belle Harbor, Queens this year.

On Saturday, March 1, the annual Rockaway's St. Patrick's Day parade wound through streets from Belle Harbor to Rockaway Beach.
