New organizations are encouraged to apply for the New Yorkers for Better Neighborhood Award, the Dress Up Your Neighborhood Contest, and the Dress Up Your School Award. The grant deadline is March 14. To obtain an application or for further information, call Arif Allah or Lixian Hanover at 212-989-0909, visit www.citizensnyc. org, or email questions to grants@citizensnyc.org.
