for larger version       Smith Continues To Serve With Army National Guard Specialist Anthony Smith of Rockaway Park has reenlisted to continue service with the 133 RD QM Supply Company (-) Rear. Members of the New York Army National Guard are recognized for continuing their commitment to serve community, state and nation as part of the Army National Guard.
"This is the most capable New York National Guard I've seen in my 42 years of service," said Joseph J. Taluto, the Adjutant General. "Our new recruits from local communities have given us a force that is younger than it has ever been, but at the same time we are stronger and more experienced than ever thanks to the large number of combat veterans filling our ranks," Taluto remarked. "We've got a tremendous amount of military experience out there."
